Do you ship to remote Alaska villages?
Yes! We specialize in shipping to rural Alaska communities. For smaller items, we utilize the USPS, and for larger orders, we utilize the Alaska Bypass Mail system. This allows us to send goods efficiently and affordably across the state — even to the most remote areas.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on the standard rates provided by USPS and Alaska’s Bypass Mail System. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your village’s mail schedule and carrier. Most shipments arrive within 7–14 days after your order is processed. Weather or flight delays can sometimes affect delivery times
Do you ship outside Alaska?
At this time, we only ship within Alaska, with a focus on rural and off-road-system communities.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because of the high cost and complexity of shipping to rural Alaska, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped.

Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum limit on the number of items you can purchase, though we do recommend bulk purchasing in order to cut back on shipping costs.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We do our best to pack every order securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at arcticresale907@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you on a case-by-case basis.
Where do your products come from?
We purchase pallets of overstock, liquidation, and surplus goods from major retailers and distributors. This allows us to pass significant savings on to our customers.
Are all products brand new?
Most items are new or like-new condition, but some may be open-box, returned, or shelf-pulled items. Each listing will include condition details so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
Can I place recurring, monthly orders?
Yes! We prefer this, as it helps us streamline our business operations and, as a result, pass on even bigger savings to you! For recurring, monthly orders, we offer discount pricing.
